The longest production yacht ever made in Britain, with the largest resin-infused hull ever moulded, the new Princess 40M promises to make quite a splash when she is launched in the Spring. Hull number 1, Imperial Princess, is in the final stages of build in a brand new, purpose-built assembly hangar in Plymouth’s historic South Yard. Combining an impressive gross tonnage, with a sleek and purposeful profile, the 40M will offer six-star accommodation for up to 12 guests, with well-appointed cabins for up to eight crew and the largest internal volume in her class.
Due for launch in the spring of 2012 at an overall-length of over 26.5 metres, allowing to fully enjoy the spaciousness of a great Ferretti yacht in spite of a hull below 24 metres: this is the Ferretti 870 Project, available in the standard, roll bar version or – depending on the Ownerfs tastes – with an optional hard top. A new, important accomplishment by Ferretti Yachts in the large yachts segment. The Ferretti 870, that will be presented during Spring 2012, is yet another outstanding result of the close cooperation between Studio Zuccon International Project, AYT – Advanced Yacht Technology, the Ferretti group’s research and naval design centre, and the team of architects and designers of the Centro Stile Ferrettigroup.
Introducing the smallest of the Brazilian built Intermarine range, the all new Intermarine 42. Its been a very busy and aggressive year of growth for Intermarine and this looks to continue well into 2012. The 42 exterior was designed by the Miami and Viareggio based studio Luiz de Basto Designs, while the interior was projected by the interior designer Karol de Paula.
The world debut of the new Sunseeker Predator 115 at the Southampton International Boat Show follows in the success of her award-winning big sister, the Predator 130. Although smaller in length, the Predator 115 retains many of the stunning characteristics that have made the Predator 130 so successful. She has the exterior deck space of a Yacht but remains Predator in her look with an exemplary level of onboard luxury and, taking inspiration from the 34 Metre Yacht’s accommodation plan, can comfortably accommodate a party of up to 10 in five cabins, with a crew of five.

Designed by Architects Vienna & Locarno of the TDF Studio in Milan, with the support of the technical staff of Queens Yachts, and built by Flag Marine shipyard. The flagship model from Queen Yachts has been another step forward for the Italian brand and encapsulates new design and innovation.

The Ferretti 690, that will be presented during Spring 2012, is a further step forward of the Ferretti Yachts fleet, characterized by the new design of outer lines, which are now sportier, with a sleeker and more dynamic profile. The wider glazing makes exteriors lighter and provides an amazing quantity of natural light to interior spaces.
The World Premier of the Princess 98 Motor Yacht took place at this year’s Southampton International Boat Show and was an immediate hit with potential customers and drove huge interest from the public. The new 98 Motor Yacht provided a showcase for the brand’s interior design expertise and, through its unique ownership, its close relationship with some of the World’s most luxurious fashion houses and fellow LVMH brands.
