The creation of a new Riva boat always sets a challenge to state-of-the-art yachting, with such a historic brand name and expectations that come with that, Riva sets its sites high with every new addition to its range. 56’ Rivale, the masterpiece which further expands the open yacht fleet, was presented to the world on 10th June during “Reflection”, a magnificent event celebrating the timeless elegance of Riva in the place where the legend was born 175 years ago: the historic Sarnico shipyard. The WSB team was happy to join this special occasion to take a closer look at the Rivale.

The new 76’ Perseo, the latest heir of this tradition, made its debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2015. Riva, iconic Ferretti Group brand, announces the birth of the new flagship of their open line, featuring racy exteriors with a strong personality: Riva 63′ Virtus, is the largest open yacht produced by the shipyard, characterised by an unmistakable style and a distinctly Mediterranean character. The new Riva 63′ Virtus is the product of a close working relationship between Officina Italiana Design, the studio that exclusively designs all yachts in the Riva range, the AYT – Advanced Yacht Technology, the Ferretti Group’s naval research and design centre, and the team of architects and designers at Centro Stile Ferrettigroup. The new model has been designed as a sporty yacht, created for owners wishing to experience the sea first hand.
Innovative changes have been made to the space and furnishings of the new 75′ Venere Super. The latest edition of one of the shipyard’s most popular models, was developed by Officina Italiana Design, the exclusive designer of all the yachts in the Riva range, in association with AYT – Advanced Yacht Technology – Ferretti Group‘s naval research and design centre, and the team of architects and designers of Centro Stile Ferrettigroup.
