At the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, Cheoy Lee Yachts unveiled the Alpha, its most advanced production yacht, which is fully-equipped with the latest design features including SPD-SmartGlass supplied by Research Frontiers licensee Diamond Sea Glaze. When Research Frontiers’ patented SPD-Smart light-control technology is used in yacht windows and other products, users can instantly and precisely control or “tune” the amount of light, glare and heat coming through their windows, while preserving their view. Use of SPD-SmartGlass also enhances security and privacy.
The world debut of the new Sunseeker Predator 115 at the Southampton International Boat Show follows in the success of her award-winning big sister, the Predator 130. Although smaller in length, the Predator 115 retains many of the stunning characteristics that have made the Predator 130 so successful. She has the exterior deck space of a Yacht but remains Predator in her look with an exemplary level of onboard luxury and, taking inspiration from the 34 Metre Yacht’s accommodation plan, can comfortably accommodate a party of up to 10 in five cabins, with a crew of five.
Princess entered into 100 foot plus market with the launch of the 32M at London International Boat Show. Unveiled at the London Boat Show for its world debut, the 32M was also the largest overall vessel to have been showcased inside London’s Excel exhibition halls.
