It’s that time of year again for the world’s largest international boat show to raise its gates, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, lives up to its nickname as “Yachting Capital of the World”, hosting the 51st Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show on October 28-November 1, 2010. With more than 3 million square feet of space over five locations, the show’s transportation network of bus shuttles, water taxis, and riverboats ensures attendees can easily navigate the boat show and its expansive waterways system. It was a clinical performance by the World Champions who mastered the difficult conditions and poor visibility, to complete a flag to finish 18th career win for Al Zafeen and Bin Hendi, and secure a seventh European crown for the Victory Team, completing the 16 lap 64.60Nm course in 39mins 31.20secs at an average speed of 180.25kmh/112.03mph.

The new Pershing 92’, pencilled by the Designer Fulvio De Simoni together with the fundamental support of the technical staff of Pershing and the close collaboration with Norberto Ferretti, the AYT (Advanced Yacht Technology) and the Centro Stile of the Ferretti Group, is characterized by its slim and aggressive external profile, with tight lines that permit the enlargement of the internal volume, creating more room especially in the hall and the stern cockpit on the main deck.
