Sensational Sea Ray SLX 350 arrives

As part of its celebration of 60 years of remarkably crafted boats, US boatbuilder Sea Ray launched the sensational SLX 350 at this year’s Miami International boat show. “The Miami International Boat Show is one of the world’s largest boat shows,” said Brad Anderson, Sea Ray president and general manager. “We’re thrilled to continue our 60th-anniversary celebration and officially introduce the new SLX 350, along with a first-of-its-kind new model reveal, on a global scale at this high-profile event.” So what can you expect to see on this new SLX 350 model that has its sights on raising the bar again?

Sea Ray’s brand-new SLX 350 hosts an array of features designed for an excellent on-water experience and optimal performance. Powered by twin Mercury® MerCruiser® 6.2L engines with Bravo Three® drives, and a standard joystick Axius® System to ease manoeuvrability, the enhanced SLX 350 delivers a superior ride and unrivalled handling. NextWave™ innovations, such as quietRIDE™ technology featuring Tuned Transom®, and optional Dynamic Running Surface™, further elevate the luxury sport boating experience.

The updated SLX 350 offers a reimagined seating layout that is best-in-class with room for 18, anchored by a cockpit social area and “concealable” transom loungers. The intuitive helm comes standard with dual 9-inch Simrad® touchscreen information displays, including Mercury VesselView® Link Data, chart plotting maps, depth and fish-finder capabilities.

Sea Ray established the large day boat category with the introduction of the original SLX 350. “We have taken the best and made it even better,” said Anderson. The new SLX 350 builds on the success of the prior SLX 350 model – with a significant added convenience, the Port Hideaway®. Designed with families in mind, the interior Port Hideaway provides a relaxing air-conditioned space with an expanded cabin and comfortable plush seating.
