Benetti launch the spectacular 65 metre Nataly, this majestic 65-metre yacht has been under construction at Benetti’s facility in Livorno, and launched from the legendary Morosini dock. The Benetti FB 252 is the acronym that identifies the innovative custom project by the boatyard and briefly sums up a noteworthy series of technical and stylistic advancements regarding the boat’s interior as well as exterior.
In the waters of Livorno the technical trials for the new 65-metre FB 252 have been underway, where fittings, instruments, and on-board facilities were tested and technically inspected.
With boatyard staff, technical partners, and representatives of the owner all in attendance, the yacht scored positive results from the very first readings and met all technical requirements necessary for it to move on to official testing, now scheduled for late May, which is to designate the class of LRS boat registration.
From the design of the keel to the new bow, which is nearly vertical and non-bulbous, to the five hatches and the foldaway anchors, which are invisible when underway, to the integrated wheelhouse and the BEST entertainment system offering content distribution to each cabin.
The stirring ceremony was attended by the boat’s commander, who was designated as the owner’s representative for the event, the London-based studio Redman Whitely & Dixon, which developed the internal and external lines, and the whole Benetti team, which oversaw construction over the past several years. There is no denying that Benetti have produced a world class mega yacht that is sure to heads of any that see her cruising or parading in sun filled ports.
