Italian boat builder Azimut Yachts has showcased the new Magellano 76, presented at Genoa International Boat Show. An evolution of the Magellano 74, the first model in the Collection of modern and sophisticated long range Azimut Yachts, which in 2009 wanted to once again renew the offer market. The design goals behind the Magellano models are autonomy, the maximum cruising comfort even at low speeds and the freedom to go at higher speeds when necessary.

A new front runner emerges as the new Fairline Targa 48 Open

January 22, 2013Norwegian boat-builder Windy Boats is to unveil a major new model at the 2013 Düsseldorf Boat Show (19-27 January) which combines the comfort and protection of hard-top cruising with the exhilaration of an open sports boat. Involving a considerable investment in design, tooling and customer research, the new 45 Chinook, a development of the 44, boasts a massively enlarged hardtop that offers more shelter to the cockpit and main deck seating areas.
